MedVirtual Brings "Beyond the Hype" to Healthcare Associations This November

WOODLAND HILLS, CA (October 29, 2026) MedVirtual will present the webinar "Beyond the Hype: Why AI Voice Agents Fail the Patient Frontline and Where Humans Still Win" to healthcare association clients on three dates in November: November 3, November 5, and November 19, 2026.

‍Heather Rummell, Director of Sales and Partnership at MedVirtual, will lead each session.

The webinars are part of MedVirtual's monthly webinar series for its participating association clients. The same educational presentation is delivered to each association on its own date.

‍

About the Webinar Series

MedVirtual presents a monthly webinar to the associations it works with, so members can hear the same educational session regardless of which association they belong to. November's topic looks at where AI is helping healthcare organizations and where it falls short at the patient frontline.

‍

What Attendees Will Learn

  • Where AI earns its place in the back office, including ambient clinical scribes, clinical decision support, and predictive scheduling
  • Why autonomous AI voice agents struggle with unscripted, emotionally charged patient calls
  • What patient frustration and churn can cost a practice when the front line gets it wrong
  • How a Human-in-the-Loop model keeps a trained person on the patient interaction while AI supports the work behind it

Each session includes time for audience questions.

‍

Who Should Attend

Medical group administrators, practice managers, and healthcare executives who are weighing where AI belongs in patient access and front-office operations, whether they run an independent practice or a larger multi-site organization.

‍

Registration and Recordings

Each association handles its own registration. The CAMGMA and HLA New Jersey pages state that members attend free and non-members pay $35, and that every registrant receives the recording and presentation slides after the webinar. Registration terms for the other associations may differ, so check the page for your association.
